Job Summary
A company is looking for a Brand Licensing Product Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute product innovation strategy and pipeline, moving concepts from idea to market launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to efficiently bring new concepts to life
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure licensed products are launch-ready and aligned with marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product development/operations, innovation management, or business operations
- Experience in building scalable systems for new product development or innovation programs
- Strong process design and operations management skills
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce)
- Analytical thinker with experience in dashboarding, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making
