Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and coordination of the Jetpack organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the operational cadence to keep teams aligned and optimize collaboration
• Coordinate multiple product lines by defining milestones and managing dependencies across teams
• Oversee release operations and improve packaging and change management processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to delivery
• Strong understanding of software delivery practices and experience in a portfolio environment
• Experience operating in a distributed, asynchronous environment
• Fluency with tools like Linear or Jira, GitHub, and dashboards
