Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the product organization by designing and managing scalable processes
• Own product metrics and ensure the product team has access to relevant data for informed decision-making
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering for efficient execution of product initiatives and support the go-to-market process

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Operations roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Strong systems and process thinking with the ability to drive alignment across teams
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver projects or launches
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, skilled in working with product metrics and user feedback
• Hands-on operator comfortable in fast-paced environments and both strategic and tactical execution
