Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to facilitate communication and processes between Product, Engineering, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end release process, including coordination, communication, and rollout tracking
• Own and enhance analytics infrastructure to provide actionable usage data and build dashboards for prioritization
• Standardize product team workflows and manage the product tech stack to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience managing release processes, feature flags, or deployment coordination
• Strong analytics skills with tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Proven ability to build and improve processes from scratch
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new workflows
