Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to enhance the effectiveness and consistency of the Product organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain structured frameworks for product intake, release operations, and post-launch success measurement
Manage roadmap hygiene, internal product communications, and support planning cycles
Own documentation, optimize product tools, and aggregate customer feedback for insights

Required Qualifications

3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a related role at a B2B SaaS or tech company
Strong command of Jira and product tooling, including dashboards and workflows
Cross-functional experience with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
Demonstrated ability to build systems and frameworks
Familiarity with software capitalization in a SaaS context is a plus
