Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Operations to design and run the operating system for its R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the R&D operating rhythm, ensuring strategic decision-making in forums like All-Hands and Monthly Business Reviews
• Modernize and standardize the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) while embedding AI into key workflows to enhance team efficiency
• Manage and mentor a Product Operations Specialist, ensuring operational accountability and effective execution of initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience as an administrator or power user of Jira or similar product development tools
• Experience modernizing operational workflows with AI in a product or engineering context
• Strong familiarity with product analytics tools and experience generating reports based on user behavior data
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational consistency and communicate process changes effectively across teams
