Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager (Temp position).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for building an efficient operations experience
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency through internal tools and technology
• Collaborate with cross-vertical teams to ensure effective systems design and integration with lending partners

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations in consumer Internet or SaaS products
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Experience with loan origination software or insurance technology
• Experience working with product designers and technical teams from concept to execution
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as customer support and operations teams
