Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for enhancing operational experiences in a financial marketplace
• Collaborate with operations and product management teams to improve operational efficiency and develop internal tools
• Translate technical requirements into product workflows and develop testing strategies for features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations, focusing on consumer Internet or SaaS products
• Experience collaborating with product designers and technical teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to own a roadmap end-to-end
• Experience with loan origination software or insurance technology is a plus
