Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT-Product Operations Manager to build and manage the operating system of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and improve the product operating model including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and post-launch review
• Own portfolio reporting and KPI instrumentation to support data-driven decisions
• Facilitate release management processes and ensure smooth transitions to operational teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or Product Management within SaaS or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated success with intake systems and cross-functional release processes
• Proficiency with product/work management tools and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of data privacy and healthcare compliance practices such as HIPAA
