Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end release process and enhance the product team's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage every feature release from soft launch to full rollout, including creating help articles and coordinating with PMs
• Establish and maintain the product team's operating rhythm, ensuring action items are resolved and work is prioritized
• Track feature adoption and create dashboards for PMs to monitor usage of new capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to quickly become a product expert and answer workflow questions independently
• Experience in building scalable processes for product releases
• Strong judgment in decision-making regarding feature readiness for release
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment
