Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join their Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide products through the full development lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Build and maintain operational tools and workflows to enable informed prioritization decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related operational role
• Proficiency with JIRA, Monday.com, and Confluence, including workflow configuration
• Experience using AI tools for operational efficiency and automation
• Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision
• Experience in maintaining accurate records and tracking action items across initiatives
