Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to oversee the operationalization of product work across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end, driving project plans and readiness criteria
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate initiatives and translate technical work into operational requirements
• Manage the Ops product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or technical program management
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in a sprint-based environment
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong track record of driving initiatives from ambiguity to execution
• Experience in building or improving scalable processes and frameworks
