Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving organizational effectiveness, the full-time Manager, Product Operations and Enablement will oversee product scorecards, establish operating rhythms, and enhance product delivery processes while collaborating with senior leaders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product scorecards and performance metrics to measure delivery against CEG strategy
• Establish and run product operating rhythms, including quarterly planning and roadmap tracking
• Develop executive-level storytelling materials to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or strategy roles
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in high-visibility roles
• Strong program management and organizational skills in a matrixed environment
• Exceptional communication skills with experience in developing executive-ready materials
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and tracking performance
