Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Bringing structure and clarity to product execution, the full-time remote Product Operations Manager will prioritize the product roadmap, coordinate testing and delivery, and manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own prioritization and execution flow by partnering with leadership to translate priorities into execution plans
• Drive testing and delivery by coordinating product testing, releases, and managing dependencies across teams
• Project manage cross-functional initiatives, defining success criteria and improving planning and execution processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in product operations, program management, product management, or technical operations
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs
• Strong skills in prioritization, planning, and execution
• Clear and structured communicator who aligns teams effectively
• Proactive and calm under pressure, with a knack for anticipating issues
