Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing technology-led business, the full-time remote Product Operations Manager will independently manage workstreams, develop client-ready visualization dashboards, and provide expertise in data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop client-ready visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau and manage assigned workstreams with minimal guidance
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to provide data management expertise and support junior team members in understanding tools and workflows
• Design and execute benchmarking survey instruments while analyzing data using SQL, Alteryx, and Databricks to derive insights

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/postgraduate from a top-tier institute or completed a statistical/analytical course from a tier 1 university
• 2+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics, with hands-on experience in customer surveys and data visualizations
• Extensive experience with Tableau, including dashboard design and performance optimization
• Proficient in using Alteryx for data preparation and transformation, with comfort in SQL and Python for analytics tasks
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
