Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational excellence in product delivery, the full-time salaried Product Operations Manager will standardize processes, manage tooling, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to support the product lifecycle while working remotely in select states.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and improve the product operating model for intake prioritization, planning, execution, and post-launch review
• Own portfolio reporting and KPI instrumentation to drive data-driven decisions and standardize reporting
• Facilitate demand intake, triage, and communication of prioritization decisions while supporting release management processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or Product Management within SaaS or healthcare
• Proven success with intake systems, portfolio dashboards, and cross-functional release processes
• Proficiency with product/work management tools and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of data privacy and healthcare compliance practices, including HIPAA
