Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Building a Product Operations function from the ground up, the full-time remote Product Operations Manager will own the end-to-end release process, ensure internal readiness across teams, and establish cross-functional coordination to enhance product delivery and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the release process, including calendar management, stakeholder communications, and defining "ready to release" standards
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts among Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Marketing for each release cycle
• Establish and maintain product team operating rhythms, including Jira hygiene, sprint health, and reporting cadence

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a senior product role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience in building or improving release processes in a cross-functional environment
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in holding teams accountable while maintaining positive relationships
• Genuine interest in optimizing systems to enhance team effectiveness
