Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Product Operations Manager (Software), the successful candidate will manage end-to-end project management across product, operational, and go-to-market efforts, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned and unblocked while building systems and processes for scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations, including escalation pathways, response quality, tooling, and metrics
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate operational needs into clear software tickets
• Build dashboards and track KPIs to provide operational insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, product management, or program management at a software company (SaaS, D2C, or similar)
• Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams without constant escalation
• Experience in using AI to independently manage complex workstreams and close experience gaps
• Startup experience with a comfort level in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on building systems that serve the work
