Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in product and technology initiatives, the full-time remote Product Operations Manager will manage vendor relationships, oversee cross-functional project execution, and enhance operational systems within a fast-paced healthcare startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own vendor relationships and drive implementation projects from requirements through go-live
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations
• Maintain and improve operational infrastructure, including project documentation and reporting rhythms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role in a technology company
• Demonstrated experience managing complex vendor relationships and implementations in regulated environments
• Track record of successfully driving cross-functional projects to completion
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured documents
• Technical fluency to understand integration issues and communicate effectively with engineers
