Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution layer, the full-time Product Operations Manager will manage end-to-end integrations, monitor payment rail health, and lead operational responses during outages in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of new payout rails, ensuring quick launches without sacrificing quality
• Proactively monitor payment rail status and escalate issues before they affect users
• Lead operational response during outages, coordinating teams and managing impacted transactions

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in product operations, analytics, fintech, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools and strong analytical skills, with SQL experience as a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and high proficiency in English for internal collaboration
• Ability to operate at the intersection of product and engineering, understanding technical design and system dependencies
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to influence across diverse departments
