Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the product management team, the full-time Product Operations Manager will build documentation and reporting infrastructure to enhance product delivery and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate rollout plans for new product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal training and external communication
• Monitor post-release analytics in partnership with the data team to assess feature performance and inform future iterations

Required qualifications

• Experience in product operations, program management, or a related operational role within a technology company
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on producing clear and complete documentation
• Ability to work with product and delivery metrics and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Proven coordination skills across multiple stakeholders to manage dependencies and sign-offs
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and experience structuring information for AI consumption
