Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the full-time Product Operations Manager will build and manage the operating layer between product and engineering teams, triaging issues, facilitating enablement programs, and delivering feedback to enhance product delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own first-line review of inbound bug reports and operational issues, ensuring accurate triage and routing to engineering
- Build and run a product enablement program to support operational stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and training
- Instrument the intake system for categorizing reports and deliver recurring feedback reports to inform roadmap planning
Required qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in product operations, product management, technical program management, or product support
- Strong technical background within a SaaS organization, with familiarity in the Salesforce ecosystem or similar technologies
- Experience in establishing functions or processes from scratch in a scaling company
- Data-fluent, with the ability to trend metrics and gain alignment across teams
- Proven track record of effective communication and relationship management with both technical and non-technical audiences
