Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Product Operations Manager will manage customer feedback loops, prioritize engineering tasks based on customer insights, and develop AI-powered workflows to enhance product operations and communication across teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Transform confirmed defects and escalations into prioritized, actionable work for engineering
  • Run a structured pipeline to capture and share customer feedback across support, sales, and CX teams
  • Build and optimize AI-powered systems to synthesize unstructured feedback into trackable tasks
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience at the intersection of customers, product, and technology
  • Proven experience in building AI-enabled workflows and handling messy input effectively
  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to understand and advocate for customer needs
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and deliver results quickly
  • Excellent writing skills to convey complex customer stories to engineering teams
