Job Summary
Supporting the seamless execution of product development and launch processes, the full-time remote Product Operations Manager will manage project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage product development projects from inception to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather requirements and facilitate communication
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development processes for efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven 2+ years of experience in project management or product operations, preferably in a technology or software development environment
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Pendo, or ProductBoard
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
