Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
Leading portfolio-level governance in a remote long-term consultant role, the Product Operations & Governance Manager will integrate plans and manage cross-functional dependencies while overseeing modernization and migration activities across product platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate and challenge plans, status, risks, and commitments from subcontractor PMs and internal functions, maintaining the enterprise plan of record
- Serve as the governance interface to subcontractor managers, reviewing supplier performance and integrating enterprise reporting
- Lead cross-functional planning for modernization and migration, ensuring alignment with product and technical deliverables
Required qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a comparable cross-functional leadership role
- Demonstrated ownership of complex programs across multiple functions and geographies in a technical product environment
- Experience in developing and governing statements of work, deliverables, and supplier performance
- Proven track record in leading modernization, migration, and lifecycle-transition programs with significant operational impact
- Strong command of integrated planning, risk governance, and executive reporting
