Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company in the Internet and eCommerce industry is looking for a Product Operations Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Improve the effectiveness and performance of the Product Team
• Enhance cross-team collaboration
• Ensure that GTM and CX teams have necessary product knowledge to succeed

Required Qualifications, Training and Education Level:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in product related roles, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• A data-driven approach to decision-making
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English is required
