Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations & Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client launches by preparing program access, codes, and materials
  • Manage and organize cross-functional projects and assist with content uploads
  • Provide timely customer support and troubleshoot issues while tracking customer trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, client service, or customer support roles
  • Experience with project management and CRM tools, such as ClickUp, Iterable, and HubSpot
  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
