Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support client launches by preparing program access, codes, and materials
- Manage and organize cross-functional projects and assist with content uploads
- Provide timely customer support and troubleshoot issues while tracking customer trends
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, client service, or customer support roles
- Experience with project management and CRM tools, such as ClickUp, Iterable, and HubSpot
- Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
