Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Ensure new offers are operationally ready and properly configured in business systems
Manage subscription lifecycle including packaging, pricing, updates, and end-of-life transitions
Monitor onboarding, billing, entitlement, and customer usage workflows

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience
Experience with SaaS, SD-WAN, or SASE offerings
Knowledge of CPQ, CRM, ERP, and commerce platforms
