Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

As the first Product Operations Specialist at Stable, this full-time remote position will manage operational processes, build internal tools, and maintain regulatory relationships to enhance product offerings and support customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Directly support Product by operationalizing processes, including filing paperwork and resolving issues
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and service providers essential to the product
• Build and improve internal tools to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a product or operations-facing role such as product manager or business operations
• Experience building software and managing projects effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with SQL and analytics tools like Posthog or Amplitude is a plus
• Experience in startup environments or early-stage product development is advantageous
