Job Summary

Joining the Marketplace Operations Team, the full-time Product Operations Specialist will manage back-office operations, monitor published experiences, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational continuity in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the creation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of experiences across ticketing and distribution platforms
  • Conduct daily operational monitoring to ensure correct setup and performance of published experiences
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to support back-office configurations and improve operational processes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, etc.)
  • Proactive and decisive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
