Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Chief Product Officer, the full-time remote Product Operations Specialist will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure alignment among teams, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own initiatives that span multiple product teams and ensure critical work is prioritized
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across teams to maintain project momentum
• Build frameworks and analyses that inform product and company decisions while improving operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in high-performance environments such as Chief of Staff, venture capital, or consulting
• Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
• Curiosity about products, healthcare, and company building
• Strong judgment and an instinct for prioritization
