Job Summary

Joining the Marketplace Operations Team, the full-time Product Operations Specialist will manage back-office operations, monitor published experiences, and coordinate cross-team efforts to enhance operational efficiency in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creation, configuration, and maintenance of experiences across ticketing and distribution platforms
• Conduct daily operational monitoring to ensure the correct setup and performance of published experiences
• Collaborate with various internal teams to support back-office plans and improve operational processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• High level of English proficiency
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Proactive and decisive with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
