Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning product documentation and customer communications, the full-time remote Product Operations Specialist will produce user-friendly guides, manage knowledge bases, and drive organizational readiness to ensure teams and clients are informed as products evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain clear, user-friendly customer-facing and internal product documentation
• Manage and update client-facing Knowledge Bases using support signals and usage data
• Create and coordinate readiness documentation and internal team training for product changes and launches

Required qualifications

• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information
• Experience with AI tools for drafting and documentation
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Familiarity with cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) products
• Knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry is a plus
