Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-obsessed and methodical, the full-time remote Product Operations Specialist will manage the course launch process, ensure compliance of existing courses, and maintain the product catalog while collaborating across teams to resolve operational issues and triage bugs.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and regulatory requests across the product portfolio, applying established processes
• Intake and triage incoming bugs and requests, scoping them for Product/Engineering and following up with stakeholders
• Support the launch of new courses and maintain the existing course catalog through ongoing content and configuration updates

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, program/project coordination, support, or a similar analytical role
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through on problem resolution
• Ability to communicate clearly and build productive cross-functional working relationships
• Curiosity and an investigative mindset, with a knack for untangling operational problems
• Systems-minded with the ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot technical issues
