Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly collaborative, the full-time salaried Product Operations Specialist will work remotely alongside the Manager of Product Operations to ensure seamless execution of publishing production, vendor workflows, and print product deliverables that support early childhood reading in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned operational tasks, ensuring high-quality, on-time completion across production schedules
• Support daily communication and task management with external vendors, contractors, and partners to keep projects moving forward smoothly
• Serve as a reliable communicator across internal teams to align priorities, troubleshoot roadblocks, and drive shared goals

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage individual workload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Acrobat for document management and reviewing print-ready assets
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a team-first mindset
