Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Operations Specialist will partner with the Chief Product Officer to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across multiple teams in the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage initiatives that span multiple product teams and facilitate alignment among stakeholders
- Identify gaps and opportunities across teams, ensuring critical tasks are addressed and progress is made
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and improve operational effectiveness within the Product organization
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, venture capital, strategy, consulting, or product operations
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Curiosity about products, healthcare, and company building
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
