Product Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and ongoing operational maintenance of assigned products, the full-time remote Product Operations Specialist will manage relationships with stakeholders, drive operational enhancements, and create reporting tools to analyze process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products or service areas
- Drive operational aspects and assess performance by tracking and analyzing operational metrics
- Create reports and support business review presentations for key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, or process improvement in healthcare or related fields
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare contact center or similar environment
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and Co-Pilot preferred
- Knowledge of LTC and Medicaid is preferred
