Product Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting satellite data product and imaging operations, the full-time remote Product Operations Specialist will manage imaging requests, monitor order fulfillment, and develop operational processes and metrics to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate satellite imaging requests and manage tasking and acquisition activities to ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate tasking feasibility for customer requests and communicate any constraints or alternatives
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and reporting to provide visibility into product operations health
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geospatial, Computer Science, Aerospace, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of relevant operational experience in space mission operations or a related technical environment
- Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and system integrations
- Basic scripting skills, including proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-based tools like AWS
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
