Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Supervisor to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure operational excellence across product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from planning to completion while maintaining documentation and timelines
• Act as the operations lead for assigned product lines and manage communications regarding product updates
• Identify and document process improvements and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, product support, or project management
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI, CAPM) preferred
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools
• Experience managing teams or cross-functional efforts is a plus
• Customer- and operations-focused mindset
