Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with current priorities and business value
• Write clear product backlog stories and prioritize items to meet team and company objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, refine user stories, and work with the team to set and achieve sprint goals

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and experience with offshore Agile product development
• Ability to work independently in unstructured environments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative working style and adaptability to interact with various stakeholders and clients
• Decisiveness in keeping the best interest of clients throughout project lifecycles
