Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects while ensuring alignment with business goals
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlog items, and sprint goals to optimize development cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and facilitate Agile ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Familiarity with benefits administration platforms such as Workday or ADP
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems
- Advanced English proficiency
