Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Product Owner to join their team remotely in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlog items, and sprint goals to optimize development cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies to enhance product functionality and team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Familiarity with benefits administration platforms such as Workday, ADP, bswift, or iSolved
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems
- Advanced English proficiency
