Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Product Owner to join their team remotely in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlog items, and sprint goals to optimize development cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies to enhance product functionality and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree
• Familiarity with benefits administration platforms such as Workday, ADP, bswift, or iSolved
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems
• Advanced English proficiency
