Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner II.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management leadership to identify work priorities for teams focused on product development
• Lead teams through Sprint Planning and Program Increment Planning, ensuring clear Acceptance Criteria and user needs
• Deliver business value through a prioritized and well-groomed backlog while coordinating work across teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
• Understanding of business process modeling, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry is desirable
• Prior experience with Scrum is required
