Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner/Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Own product vision and strategy for P&C insurance products, creating a value-driven product roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure alignment with business goals
Monitor product health, track KPIs, and manage production releases while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
