Job Summary

A company is looking for a BA/Product Owner to drive agile product delivery in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure product backlog aligns with strategic business goals and prioritize user stories based on value
Gather requirements from mortgage operations and manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution
Serve as a liaison between development, QA, UAT, and business stakeholders while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role within an Agile environment
Proven ability to manage backlogs and write detailed user stories
Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery metrics
Experience in the mortgage industry and with Encompass (Encompass LOS) is required
