Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to support the planning, development, and delivery of solutions for healthcare communication workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and groom the engineering backlog for R&D teams while collaborating with product leaders and stakeholders
• Translate customer and business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in reviewing delivered stories to ensure quality and functional expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, software delivery, or healthcare platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Comfortable working with data and making evidence-based decisions
• Desire to learn product best practices and grow into a full Product Owner role
