Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner responsible for managing the vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes for Salesforce and CRM tools supporting Occupier Leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for Occupier Salesforce and associated platforms, managing product vision and backlog outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to identify workflow needs and define product capabilities that enhance client engagement and pipeline management
• Drive release readiness and adoption planning, ensuring effective communication, training, and support post-release

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Real Estate, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles delivering enterprise platforms in a B2B environment
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, including backlog prioritization and stakeholder management
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams using agile delivery practices
• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience producing executive-ready materials
