Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to lead cross-functional teams from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Guide design, development, and delivery activities for high-quality products
Monitor product performance, identify improvements, and provide updates to leadership
Conduct feasibility studies, manage field trials, and engage with customers to understand needs

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical experience
5+ years of product ownership and/or project management experience in conversational AI and/or IVR technologies
Experience with the SAFe Agile framework using Azure DevOps and/or Jira Align
A strong passion for improving customer and consumer experiences
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
