Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer representative, translating business priorities into actionable insights for technical teams
• Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps that align with organizational goals and validate solutions for quality
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring high standards before release

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience
• 5+ years of product ownership and/or project management experience supporting conversational AI and/or Interactive Voice Response technologies
• Experience operating within the SAFe Agile framework using modern development tools
• A genuine passion for enhancing consumer experiences
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
