Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Build, refine, and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with product strategy
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria reflecting stakeholder needs
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote team autonomy while tracking performance metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required
3-5+ years in Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or related role
Experience in TPA administration, COBRA Administration, or compliance-driven workflows required
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and user story best practices
Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX, PII/PHI protections, and IRS rules
